Tai Chi and Forest Chi
The regular practice of Tai Chi and Qigong make it easier for you to learn and remember the Forest Chi moves and to get the feeling of softness, centering, freedom of movement and whole body connection which come with regular practice.
Below are details of some beautiful indoor spaces where we hold classes, enabling you to keep your practice going year round in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. This will enhance your experience of Forest Chi and help you to bring both Tai Chi and Forest Chi into your life.

Kate's Classes in West Devon
Pavilion in the Park, South Zeal
Tuesdays 10 to 11 am, exercises and Qigong for health, vitality, balance, strength and flexibility. Suitable for beginners.
11 to 11.30 am, Tai Chi forms. Suitable for improvers.
You can choose to stay just for the first hour or for the full hour and a half.
Spring term starts on Tuesday 7th Jan at South Zeal Pavilion at 10am.
There will be no class on Tuesday 18th Feb as it's half term week.
The last class before the Easter holidays is Tuesday 1st April.
The Growing Well Garden and Bow Village Hall. (In the winter this class moves to Bow Village Hall)
Tuesdays 2.30 - 3.30pm, a beginners and improvers class.
Spring term starts on Tuesday 7th Jan, the last class before the Easter holidays is Tuesday 1st April. There is no class on Tuesday 18th Feb as it's half term week.
Tai Chi at the Growing Our Futures Eco Hub
1 Courtenay Rd, Okehampton, EX20 1PZ
Thursdays, 10.30am till 11.30am.
Beginners welcome. Classes will take place whatever the weather and outdoors if possible.
Wear warm, windproof layers and outdoor footwear. Booking is required as places are limited.
The first class of the Spring term is on Thursday 9th Jan at 10.30am.
There will be no class on Thursday 20th Feb as it's half term week.
The last class before the Easter holidays will be Thursday 3rd April.
