welcome to forest chi

Imagine a fun and easy to learn exercise that energises and relaxes you, gets you out into nature and allows you to experience the unique feeling of each moment. That's Forest Chi.

Picture
Come home to your body and find the wildness
and beauty of nature inside you.

 ‘..wonderful how completely everything
in wild nature fits into us,
as if truly part and parent of us.
The sun shines not on us, but in us.
The rivers flow not past,
but through us, thrilling, tingling,
vibrating every fibre and cell
of the substance of our bodies,
making them glide and sing.’

 John Muir
