Whoever you are, you will find opportunities to be well in body, mind and spirit through the green exercise of
Tai Chi and nature experience and the study and practice of Tai Chi and Qigong
Due to the current pandemic all classes, workshops and events are suspended until it is safe to resume. Once the weather starts to warm up next Spring, the plan is to start to hold some outdoor, socially distanced classes and some woodland and moorland walks with Tai Chi.
